1. About these terms

These Terms & Conditions are an agreement between you and JW InfraTech Consulting FZE LLC, trading as INFRAtech Consulting ("INFRAtech", "we", "us"), a free zone company registered with Ajman Nuventures Centre (ANC) Free Zone, Government of Ajman, United Arab Emirates. By using our website or purchasing our services, you agree to these terms.

2. Our services

INFRAtech provides digital marketing and online-presence services for local businesses, including managed Google Business Profiles, websites and landing pages, WhatsApp automation, local SEO, and related services. We provide ongoing managed services on a subscription basis — we do not sell physical products.

3. Plans, fees and billing

• Plans and prices are shown on our Pricing page and are quoted in UAE Dirhams (AED).
• Monthly subscription fees are billed in advance for each billing cycle. One-time setup fees are billed at onboarding.
• Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled in line with our Refund Policy.
• We may change prices with reasonable notice; changes do not affect a cycle you have already paid for.

4. Payments

Card and supported wallet payments are processed securely by our payment provider. We do not store your full card details.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel at any time. How cancellation and any refunds are handled is set out in our Refund Policy.

6. Your responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information, give us timely access and content we need to deliver the services, and use our services lawfully. You confirm you own or are licensed to use any materials you provide to us.

7. Intellectual property

Deliverables we create specifically for you become yours once they are paid for in full. Our underlying tools, templates, and know-how, and the content and branding on this website, remain our property.

8. Third-party platforms

Our services rely on third-party platforms (such as Google, Meta/WhatsApp, and hosting providers). We are not responsible for their outages, pricing, or policy changes, which are outside our control.

9. Limitation of liability

Services are provided on a best-efforts basis. We do not guarantee specific search rankings, lead volumes, or revenue outcomes. To the extent permitted by UAE law, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid to us in the three months before the claim arose.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and any disputes are subject to the competent courts of the United Arab Emirates.

Monthly subscriptions

Our plans are monthly subscriptions that you can cancel at any time. When you cancel, you keep access until the end of the cycle you have already paid for, and you are not charged again. The current month is non-refundable once its billing cycle has started.

Setup and one-time fees

One-time setup fees cover work delivered during onboarding (such as profile setup, landing pages, and website builds). These fees are non-refundable once that work has begun.

How to cancel

Email info@infratech.consulting from your registered email address before your next renewal date. We will confirm your cancellation and the date your service ends.

Billing errors

If you believe you have been charged in error or charged twice, contact us as soon as possible. We will investigate and refund any genuine error to your original payment method.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method used at checkout. The time it takes to appear depends on your bank or card issuer.

What we collect

• Details you give us through our contact form: your name, business name, phone/WhatsApp number, business type, and any message.
• Information you share when you email or message us.
• Order details you provide at checkout to set up your account.
• Basic technical data your device sends when visiting the site (such as browser type), used to keep the site working.

How we use your information

We use your information to respond to enquiries, prepare proposals, deliver and support your services, process payments, and meet our legal and accounting obligations.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers who help us operate — for example our email delivery provider (Resend), our hosting provider (Vercel), and our payment provider (Tap Payments) for checkout — and where we are required to by law.

Payments

Card details are entered directly with our payment provider during checkout. We do not receive or store your full card number.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry and customer records only for as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by UAE law, after which they are deleted or anonymised.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal data, or to stop sending you marketing messages, at any time by emailing info@infratech.consulting.

Digital services — no physical shipping

INFRAtech provides digital marketing and online-presence services. We do not sell or ship any physical goods, so no shipping charges apply to any order.

How our services are delivered

Everything we provide is delivered electronically and remotely. Account setup, profile and website work, automation, and reporting are completed online and shared with you by email, WhatsApp, or your account dashboard.

Timing

Onboarding and initial setup usually begin within a couple of business days of payment and once we have received the information we need from you. Ongoing managed services then run continuously for as long as your subscription is active.
